Responsible for show delivery across BITEC Bangna and QSNCC — venue operations, build, logistics, contractor programme and on-site experience.
Curates the conference and speaker programme across re:publica, Agential Cannabis, Green Conference and partner events.
Leads brand, audience acquisition and delegate programmes — with a focus on decision-maker quality over raw footfall.
Finance, risk and Thai regulatory compliance — including TCEB reporting and TSEMS sustainability standards.
